I grew up in Kobe, Japan, until I was 17, then moved to Phoenix in 2016 and have been here ever since. I’ve traveled to about 15 countries along the way, which has given me a wide lens on people and places.

I’m a dad to my dog Milo, who keeps life full of energy and surprises. When I’m not working or playing with him, I’m usually on a tennis court something I’ve loved since I was a kid back in Japan.

I bought my first camera in 2018 after getting inspired by cinematographers sharing their craft on YouTube. By 2019, I had started Moinester Media. Since then I’ve been helping brands tell their stories through video. I love the process of listening, filming, and turning real moments into something people actually connect with.
